Evermine^TM 22 is 100% active and naturally derived. It earns an Eco-Friendly label with high biodegradability and low aquatic toxicology. It has both cationic and non-ionic characteristic and it is very compatible with anionic surfactants. When used in the formula, it imparts smooth detangling, improves dry comb and fly away, while leaving a soft powdery after feel. So it is used in hair conditioners and rinses, as well as skin creams and lotions.
