Dr. Cao earned her PhD degree and master degree from City University of New York in Chemical Engineering after she obtained her bachelor degree from Zhejiang University. She has worked as Scientist/SR. Scientist and Assistant Manager in Colgate-Palmolive (USA) and Unilever (Shanghai). Her personal interests and expertise lie in the fields of polymer, colloid and surface mechanism and rheology. Dr. Cao has lots of experiences in the technology and product development in the beauty and personal care business. She has leaded several projects for brands such as softsoap, POND’s, Murad, Kate samerville, dermalogica and has invented several patents. Currently, she works as the technology manager for the development of new technology and new products as well as the application of new materials.
